OOTD Lace Love

I love lace anything (well almost...) because lace is the definition of versatile. It can be classy, sexy, sophisticated, or even sporty. Lace can be anything you want it to be! You can - again, almost - never go wrong with lace!

So of course, loving lace as much as I do, I own quite a few lace items, including this super cute duster that I grabbed at Sirens on sale for a mere $13 some odd dollars just a few weeks ago.

When it finally warmed up a little this weekend, I got to wear my much anticipated cute duster - in a completely different way than I initially imagined it - with ripped jeans. Now I hear you, ripped jeans don't really keep you that much warmer than a skirt, right? BUT, in my defense, with how windy it's been lately, I definitely did not want to worry about my skirt being blown up, that would have been really embarrassing. Hence, the jeans. Ripped.

I paired the jeans with a white racerback tank top and a pair of Converse and turned my pretty little duster into a sporty little duster. I accessorized with gold hoops, a beaded #GirlLove Rafiki Bracelet as a necklace, white beaded bracelets, and of course a hair tie (which I always forgot to take off so it has officially become an accessory for life). Because I wasn't in the mood (a.k.a. too lazy) to do any real makeup, I did my eyeliner (to be safe just in case) and threw on a pair of sunglasses and called it a day :)

But of course, no outfit is complete without a cup of Timz! My go-to? Medium French Vanilla with very little coffee... What's yours???
